For enhancing the existing service delivery mechanisms in the areas of livelihoods promotion, conscious efforts are made by RMoL to build the capacity of the institutions/ organizations. Major efforts in this area are
 

• Capacity Building of NGOs through support for infrastructure, training and exposure visits of officials



• Conducting a training for NGOs to enable them to offer services to migrants



• Providing JAWS (Job Access with Speech) software to Netraheen Vikas Sansthan in Jodhpur. This software enables blind people to use computers.



• Training on Career Planning of officers of Department of Labour and Employment, GoR



• Entrepreneurship development training to Prachetas/ Sathins (block level workers) of Department of Women and Child Development



• Construction of dormitory/ training hall at women ITIs  and KVKs.
