This Dharitri was launched by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the Assam State Government on 7 October 2021 to display land related records online on a single webpage. Maintaining land records manually is prone to opacity, delayed updates and other corruption. That is why the government has launched this Internet Integrated Land Records Management System.

On this portal, all sections including Sub Registrar, Circle Office, Land Records Directorate are connected to each other. In this way, Dharitri Assam has simplified the entire process of land registration and removed all the problems that arise.

• Then on the new page you can get information related to land records in three ways (from Dag number, from Patta number and from Pattadar number).

Dharitree Assam Mutation Process Check

• For this, you can write a letter to the Commissioner of Guwahati Municipal Corporation which will reach the GMC Deputy Commissioner.
